Due to COVID, this project was put on hold in 2020 to focus on the more important financial stresses that came with COVID. After 4-years of COVID, in 2024 we have experienced many infrastructure needs and those will have priority for some period of time. We regret that this must be put on hold. We will announce to the public as soon as we are in a position to continue the project.
