Care Center senior housing is subsidized by HUD Section 8/202 for residents who meet specific federal age and income qualifications:
- Head of household must be at least 62 years of age or on Social Security Disability being at least 50 years of age
- Annual income cannot exceed $23,250 for 1 person – $26,600 for 2 persons
Our Rates
- Rent calculation is 30% of income, minus a monthly allowance for utilities
- Water and trash pickup included
- Security deposit is 30% of monthly income
- Pet security deposit is $200
