Here at the Care Center nursing home, our inclusive rate covers things others often charge extra for, such as incontinence supplies, special diet supplements and delivering medications. Our daily rate for basic services includes:

1. Room (semi-private or ward)
2. All meals and snacks
3. Special diets and supplements
4. 24-hour nursing care
5. Delivery of medications and treatments
6. Assistance with activities of daily living
7. Personal laundry
8. Incontinence care and supplies
9. Activities for all residents
10. Field trips for residents able to participate
11. Depression care
12. Dementia or confusion care
13. Resident council
14. Religious services
15. Counseling for resident and family
