The Care Center nursing facility is a special home for seniors who need us and a wonderful resource for the families who care so much about them.
It’s our superb team that makes it all possible:
- Social services staff assist with the many details of transition and offer information, guidance and counseling.
- Nurses provide 24-hour nursing care and keep the doctor informed of the resident’s condition. Nursing aides are assigned to specific residents, helping with all the activities of daily living and acting as the eyes and ears of the family day by day.
- The dietary department meets the special needs of the elderly with delicious meals, therapeutic diets, snacks and nutritional supplements.
- Activities staff provide a wide variety of plans suited to resident’s unique abilities and interests.
Members of these four core groups meet with family to design a care plan tailored to resident’s needs and tastes. They then review and adjust this plan at regular intervals to ensure the very best in resident-centered care.
Our chaplain ministers to residents and family and provides needed counseling as well as leading religious services. Management and administrative staff, maintenance and housekeeping crews all work to make the service we offer exceptional.
Life at our nursing center has a lot to offer. Residents have staff and neighbors to share their day with. Meals, worship services and recreational activities are all social times – even more so when visitors join us.
Most important, the level of professional care we provide can put your mind at ease. We are equipped to serve each resident?s needs while encouraging their independence as much as possible, in a setting specially designed for their safety and mobility.
