Our admissions director will guide you through the process of bringing your family member into our home. We understand what a difficult decision this can be, especially since most people have never done this before.
Church of Christ Care Center will provide reasonable accommodations for interpretation services for sensory impaired and Limited-English-Proficient (LEP) persons, for current and prospective residents. The director is ready to answer your questions and help you with details such as gathering medical information and processing a Medicaid application if necessary. She will explain the particular level of care your family member needs and how we can help them, and will also schedule your tour of our home and introduce you to others on our staff who are directly involved in the day-to-day care of our residents.
